Fluent was established in 2011. It offers turn-key solutions for automated trading systems and brokers. According to the company, it is certified with over 100 FX trading venues representing over 95% of FX liquidity.

Dalby joined the company from Danske Bank, where he spent about seven years. Initially, he became a part of the Danish bank as an Analyst in June 2016 and climbed the ranks over the years. There, he held positions of Senior Analyst for eFX and Chief Dealer for eFX, and parted as the Product Owner for FX Pricing, Risk management
