Australian housing finance (November) dribbling lower in the face of higher interest rates

The next Reserve Bank of Australia meeting is February 7 where analyst consensus is for a +25bp rate hike to take the cash rate to 3.35%.

Market pricing is not totally on board with that extent of a hike though.
