Dr. Laseanda Wesson has been a partner since 2007. She joined the club to learn more about investing and develop strategies to increase wealth. She also aims to educate others regarding learning while earning.
BIO
Dr. Wesson is an influential leader and dedicated educator passionate about teaching and equipping others with tools for success. A talented and gifted speaker, she combines practical instruction and facilitation skills with a straightforward communication style. She has an extensive community service and advocacy record and is affectionately known as “Dr. Laseanda.” Her many acknowledgments include Teacher of the Year, Teacher-Leader, Children and Youth Ministry Volunteer of the Year, Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year, and Alumni Community Service Leader.
Dr. Wesson spent ten years serving her country in the United States Air Force. She is also a certified life coach (CPC), Google-Certified Level 2 Educator, National Writing Project teacher consultant, basketball coach, and Friendship Baptist Institute teacher. Additionally, she is a commissioner for the City of Tustin Community Services Commission and a board member of the Tustin Community Foundation.
Ultimately, Dr. Wesson considers her role as a mother to be her most important job. She enjoys watching sports, reading, and staying up-to-date on the newest technology platforms. Her favorite quote is, “If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.” — Romans 12:
